Search help of quality info record in quality notification

HI Experts,

My client wants a field in Search help of Quality info record in the transaction QM01 (Quality notification)

When it enter in """Subject Tab""" and searching the vendor.. there my user require "Qinfo record" field in search.

Pls tell how t do so ,, any User exit .....or some other enhancement.

Drop Down search Menu on F4

Need:

There may be situations where the drop down menu under F4 may not give all the required fields to search for the correct item. This procedure explains how to modify the F4 search. Either we can amend one of the search patterns or create a totally new one. This document explains how to create a new one. Amendment of an existing search pattern is only part of this process.

Procedure:

Authorization should be available to use SE11 and to make the changes. Note that All changes are cross client.

When we hit F1 and F9 on the selection field, we see the Search Help reference. In Trans.CO02 for example:

On SE11, go to search help ORDE change mode and see Included Search Help:

Double click on ASH_ORDE to see the next level Included Search Help screen:

Double click on any single item to get an idea of how it is structured. That will give the full picture on what fields are derived from what tables and the name of the Selection method used for the Data collection. This list also specifies the position of display of the respective fields and the field that bears the u201Cticku201D on export field is the one taken on to the selection screen for the given transaction code.

Go to SE11 again to Display (change mode may not at times work depending on access):

When we view the next screen, we will know the Fields and Data Elements used. In the Tab u201CTable/ Join conditionsu201D we can find the Table name.

New Creation:

The search type u201CZ_RAJu201D newly created to include the Company code as one of the search elements explains the procedure how to go about it. First the Database View u201CZ_RAJ1u201D is created as follows:

This is the basis for creating the Search Help u201CZ_RAJu201D. All fields are taken from Table AUFK. The field BUKRS is introduced in the place where needed. This process has to be first checked and then activated.

Go back to SE11 to Create Search Help u201CZ_RAJu201D.

Give the name that should appear as the name under the F4 selection screen. Assign the selection method u201CZ_RAJ1u201D. Enter the parameters required for selection with the respective positions in which each field should appear. Tick the field that should be exported to the Transaction screen. Check and Activate. See how the new creation appears on F4 menu:

The newly created item is shown by the arrow. The newly introduced search field Company Code appears in the screen for selection !!
