Can't find IDOCs

I am sending IDOCs from SAP to XI . In SAP it is being processed sucecessfully but I can't find them in SXMB_MONI , I cant see them in RWB message monitoring either .

It was working a while ago...

Checkc in IDX5 if there are entries.

also you can check in t rfc if there are any entries (SM58 in ERP system)

There are no entries in IDX5 in XI ...

But source system say has passed it sucess via trfc..

Did you mean you dont see any entries in SM58 of ERP system??

If you see success in WE02 and no mesg reached to PI, then there should be some entry in t rfc error.

Please check once and confirm.

No there are no entries in SM58 in source system,

no entries in SXMB_MONI

Queues are all clear in source & Target.

One more thing, I just tried with another IDOC type and it goes through correctly.. This is happening with this new Extension IDOC .

Have you uploaded the metadat in XI correctly or fresh one by using tcode IDX2.

Hi,

SAP uses the Transaction RFC mechanism which ensures the guarantee delivery mechanism with the help of queues

i.e even though idoc status shows green in sending system.. and if there is any problem in receiving system or in connection establishment ..then data will be preserved in the queue with the appropriate error details..

check in SM58 with the user as * and appropriate date..if there is problem in sending then you can see an entry there..

Hi..

I know I am asking you to do thsi again. But please recheck and confirm that you have checked sm58 of SAP (sender) and also the used you mentioned was * (star meaning all users)

Also check slg1 of sender system

The issue was as, IDOCs were stuck in outbound queueSMQ1/SMQ2 in source system event hough the status was '03'.As Rajesh pointed out this status could be much before the fact. Once the queue was cleared the IDOCs started to flow out again.

And I spent my time changing XI configuration.... another day..

Hi Bhandari,

Pls check the Queues (Smq1,Smq2) in your R/3 system. and the queues in XI system also

Generally IDOC scenarios , We are facing queues issues.

If you cleared the Queues, then it coming to SXMB_MONI.
