About reinstallation of Netweaver 04s for ABAP

Hi, I've installed Netweaver 04s for ABAP before. But the 3 months license key has expired. So I'm wondering if I could uninstall it and reinstall it again to continue using it.

you dont have to uninstall and reinstall. You can just renew the licence.

just go to this link, fill the deatils & submit.

for a new 90 day license.

i hope you are aware how to install the new license using command prompt (DOS). you need to install license using command prompt since your license has expired and you cannot log on to SAP system to use SLICENSE transaction for updating the license.

I think I know. But I'm not exactly sure about it. Please tell me if this is the right way. First log on to Windows using "NSPADM" user and then run saplicense.exe -install.

yes you are right.

1. log on to windows using user id NSPADM

2. start NSP from SAP MMC

3. when NSP turns green run saplicense.exe -install from command prompt
