SAP and Portal Gui

Hi Experts,

Would like to know, how to compare if SAP and Portal Gui are same or not? We are having problem to execute same transaction through Portal. It is problem of Tool Tip. Like double click doesn't work on Portal on PTMW transaction and need to select details button each time. It is fine on SAP. Guessing must be GUI problem.

Would appreciate kind guidance on this?

Hello Aashish,

If you are using the ITS to display the PTMW transaction then you may need to re-generate your Portal theme. You should also verify if the PTMW transaction works correctly outside of the Portal when accessed from the ITS.
