Financial document locked

Hi experts,

I want to use the same financial document (tx VX11N) for all my orders. But the system only lets me use this financial document in one order. If I try to use it in another order, the system says the financial doc is locked.

Any idea? Thanks.

But what I reallyu need is a function to unlock a financial document in table AKKP. I need this because I want to use the same financial doc inall my sales orders.

Does this function exist?
