ChaRM configuration in Solman

I want to do the ChaRM configuration in Solution manager.

Can any body have any document for this ??

Hi,

The configuration steps available next to the actual steps in the IMG is important, you certainly need to read that first.

Next in line you can refer to the online help, and also the SAPNET alias /rkt-solman for more examples.

However blogwise, there are also a few good examples

Dear Bhavesh,

Go to the Wiki http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SM/Weblogs%20related%20to%20Solution%20Manager and search for Change Request Management. There are some 10 docs available there.

Call service.sap.com/rkt-solman. You can find the materials for project prepration, corrections etc.

Call SPRO in your solman system and go through the documentation provided there.

This will give you adequate information for configuring ChaRM.
