Is there a possibility to create users in sap automatically via browser or else?

Because I want that user can create themselve via browser.

sap security team can create the user via Browser but its not possible for end users due to authorisation.

Yes it is possible.

In addition to syncronizing users (for example with an Active Directory) there is also the possibility to use a self-registration scenario.

If you could explain the context (e.g. ESS, Internet facing Webshop, Portal, internal ITS) then we will be able to give you better advise. Your question is very vague.
