Service Channel messages and S-user Id
When an EWA message or any other service message is visible in the service channel inbox, How is it determined which S-user id inbox it is to appear in ?
All my EWA reports and GO-live service messages appear in a S-user id that belongs to a person that is no longer with the orgranisation.
How do I switch this to my S-user id ?
then I guess it's a S-User-ID that's in a SAP located database. I would suggest you to open a message in the category XX-SER and ask them to change the S-User-ID.
I listed you all possible ways where the ID is stored in SM, so for me it must be something stored by SAP.
