Hello
We have problem with output requests. Outpput is made automatically via aouput type to printer LOCL.
Among printouts we have. a lot of error with status "incorect"
what could be reason
There should be automatic output. We checked also whereas the users (there are around 1000 users on different location) have more than 5 opened sessions but this is not the case.
I do not know whereas the issue could be a new dialog instance (with spool process as well). However there is no any logical explanation. Mentioned errors occurs on all servers regardles server on which user is logged

LOCL typically uses the users front end default printer. Are you certain the output requests weren't generated from a batch process? If this is the case, then there would be no front-end association between the batch job and a user machine. in these cases the user needs to select a named printer defined in SPAD.

Hi,
Please try to ping the printer(IP Address) from your cmd and check whether that printer is connected with SAP output system or not?.
With Regards,
Senthil
