Stock Posting during Defects recording

Dear experts,

can any one help me for the below scenario,

1. During Defects recording the rejected stock should post automatically to the respective stolrage location.

Hi

As per my knowledge Defect Recording & Performing stock posting are different activities.'

You can control UD but you can not control the defect recording & it's not possible to post the stock to a storage location after Defect are recorded.

Stock after stock posting will always goes to staorage location from which GR is made.You can change the Stock posting storage location but that is manual intervension.

Hi,

Thanks for your response , my client requirement is as follows,

1. Can we have Automatic posting of Accepted stock / Rejected stock after entering the Defects in Defects Recording? (to avoid wrong entry of stock posting)

2. " Results were recorded wrongly and UD given and stock posting done. Is there any procedure to rewrite the Results?

Is there any solution for the above scenario

Hi,

1. You have to go for development (ZUD). In QA11 you can record defects. So based on this go for a development.

2. Use long term ins.characteristics.
