BEx Report Probolem

While creating BEx iview If i am using SAP BW 3.x format from iview template. I am speciyfing

BWx Web Application Query String : QUERY=<XXXXXXXXX>

System as "SAP_BW" and version as "SAP BW2.x/3.x after finishing If i click on preview button. I can see the report but their is no "Print Version" Button.

If i am using SAP BW 7.x format from the iview template. I am specifying

BWx Web Application Query String : QUERY_id=<XXXXXXXXX>

System as "SAP_LocalSystem" and version as "SAP Netweaver BI after finishing If i click on preview button. I can see the "Print Version" Button but No data will display.

If i am trying to applied Print Version Button then thre is no data to dsiplay....If i am trying to display data...then thrie is no Print Version Button.

Please let me know how can I resolve the problem.
