master data template error

hi all ,

i am trying to crete MDT for contract replication , with template category : CRMNEWCONTRACT ,

Now in Move In tab , when i am trying to assign CRM product it says

Template ZCRM_CONTRACT_NEW has been allocated a

CRM product that has not been validated

can some bosy help me in this ...how to validate the product ?

Click on header data and assign the product name .

hi siva,

when i click on the header data , and see service products from crm ,and choose the product .

it gives me the error , crm product cannot be validated ?

Table Name: ECRMSETTINGS.

menction the CRM_PRODUCT_GUID in this table.

When this error will occur means :- if you are not menctioning the guid in the ecrm settings table then this error will occur

when i am trying to assign the product ,in ecrmsettings

in f4 entries i am getting

default product Name

000000000000000000 , Electricity

in crm the prodcut id is - 100021

so cannot assign this product ?

further more ,

in eprodcust ,

in the header tab , i can see the crm product id properly as

0000000000000000000000000000000000100021 electricity

and when i try to assign it ,it gives me warrning

Template zcrm_contract_new has been asssigned to product that has been not validated

even if i go ahead further it says

Template zcrm_contract_new has external parametrs ,to which NO attributes assigned .
