RWB Adapter Configuration log

Hi,

Is there any way I can check that which user has change adapter Configuration in RWB for example which user has changed availibility time planning ?

sure you can

open availibility time planning then select Log tab (next to communication channel tab) and the user which changed it will be there

My Problem is that in my file adapter Control data is changed from automatically to manually so no msgs were picked since yesterday.

Neeed to check how this happened ?

RWB --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine --> CC Monitoring --> Select/ Open your CC --> Open the tab Administration Information .... it will have the information as who and when changed the channel settings.....i hope you are looking for this!

I have checked this but problem is that its not showing anything...

Now am wondering how it happened.
