Different UoM and different price

Hi everybody,

Can we maintain different Unit of Measure in SD? In Material master additional data we can give different unit of measures for a material. Can we select the unit of measure in the sales order? The scenario is the user should be able to pick the unit of measure and the price should be automatically determined from the condition record. For different unit of measures, we have a different price. If the diameter of a material varies, the EAN Number will be changed and the price will also change.

My question is can we select a unit of measure if you have many unit of measures for a material. I know it is possible in Info record in MM module but in SD is it possible?

If sales of unit is maintained in a material, this UoM is picked up in the sales order. Can we able to choose?

You can do it but you need help of your MM Consultant. The way is GO -- MM01 -- Select Sales Org1 TabGeneral DataMaitaine (Base Unit of Measure and Sale Unit) in this way atleast two base unit os measure you can have in sales order and if you need more than two Bsae Unit of Measure then aske your MM Consutant to made Unit of Measure Group in which yuo ask him to maintain BUM as much as possible and need to maintain condition record based on your Base Unit of Measure.
