Developers assigned by Change Manager in ChaRM

Hi Experts,

We configured SAP ChaRM succesfully in our environment.

Now our requirement is that the change manager should be notified by a popup with the list of available developers for a maintenance cycle so that the change manager can select the developer who is free. We tried to assign the developers in the SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, but it doesnt fetch us the results.

this is a specifice requirement and can't be customized

You hav to go for development and for this you need to modify the search help for BP in UC or NC in the developer field.

You need to develop ...remove standard and add your search help as per the requirement

Is it advisable to create distribution list for developers and change manager could select anyone from the distribution list ?

If you advise to do it, how to create a distribution list ?
