Oracle administration tool

Wanted to know if there is any tool for Oracle Administration to move volumes etc. We have Oracle as the database for SAP PI.

I would also like to know whether the tool is installed by default or do we need to install it ,I guess SAP BR tools Studio 7.10 is the tool I might need. Could you give your views about how to install or how to check whether it is installed by default?
