Hello All,

Please guide me . I have a few questions on SRM PPS.

1. What extra steps one need to consider while configuring SRM PPS with back end. comparitively with SRM only.

Any pointers on the above will be appreciated.

We know regular Config document for SAP SRM. I have never seen any config documnets for SRM PPS. Please guide me on this.

Hi,

In the SPRO u2013SRM 7.0 u2013 please activate the SRM PPS functionality only for tendering process.

In the Procurement for public sector nodes --under that

Tendering is the main node where you will be doing all the config related to SRM PPS

Define Tendering Options

Define Basic Data for Prequalification Questionnaires

Define Basic Data for Earnest Money Deposits

Define Basic Data for Tender Fee Payment

Define Basic Data for Two-Envelope RFx Response

Define Tender Fee and EMD Payment Methods

Define Basic Data for Technical RFx Response Folders

Hi,

Hope you have downloaded the given link by muthu.

In GENERAL, SRM 7 Basic settings to be done.

For PPS, deploy the following software component matrix additionally SRM 7.0

1. CPRXRPM - SAP xRPM/cProjects/cFolders 4.50 (ABAP)

2. SRM_EXPL - SRM Extended Functionality for SRM_PLUS including SRM_PPS

3.SRM_EXT - SRM Extended Functionality fro SRM_SERVER including SRM_PPS

Then activate the SRM PPS option in SRM configuration.

SAP Suggested deployment should be in Extended Classic.

But most of indian implementations in Classic only.
