Installation of SAP onto an non-SAP DB

Hi Experts,

We already have required licenses to non SAP MSSQL server hence need to use the same.

In this regard, i would like to know the possibility of installing SAP onto the non SAP Database.

If it is possible, what are the customizations we need to do for SAP? Kindly advise.

If you use the SAP supported versions (Enterprise) there's no difference between a SAP or non-SAP version. You have to make sure you're using the correct collation.
