OTF spool not appearing

Hi,

When I take a print from a Z-transaction, I got an OTF spool which was deleted immediately. When I changed the option to 'retain the spool' , I am getting an RDI spool output. This happens in production. However for the same transaction the OTF spool is retained in development. What could be the reason? I want the OTF spool in production to be retained.

for getting the OTF data u have to get the OTF from CLOSE_FORM function module,then u have to call the function module PRINT_OTF for displaying it.

Thanks for your response. But I cant make changes in production. The OTF appears in development, but does not do so in production for the same program.
