Create message type for V3 - VF03

Dear Experts,

Please advice me how to create new message type for T-code VF03 ( V3 in NACE )

and how to assign my program and script to this message type so that when the user

choose the particular message type he gets the print out.

And this created message type should display in -->NACE --> V3 billing -->Output Types.

I searched in SDN and read in thread that we can create o/p type in VV31 for billing.

but I am not clear how to do it.

Please advice

> go to transaction VV31

> Select the required billing output condition type generally it is RD00

> Select the key combination against which you want to maintain output condition records.

> Give the proper communication method after entering the ouput condition type like printer name in case of print output.

> Save it.

Dear Kartik,

Thanks a lot for your kind help.....but still facing a small problem..

I have configured my message type for VF03 in NACE and in VV31....but my problem is

this message type is not getting picked up in VF03.

As the particular document for which I need to get Print out is not save in NAST table .

If I manually edit the table NAST for the particular document then I am getting my message type

in VF03.

Please advice me how is the documents getting saved in NAST table.
