Download CMS for PI 7.1

I'm planning to setup a CMS for PI 7.1, which one I should download from the Marketplace? Is it the

DI CHANGE MGMT. SERVER 7.00?

Hi,

Please check with PI 7.1 you have CTS+.

We only want to use CMS and not CTS+. Is CMS still available in PI 7.1? Kindly tell me the components to download to setup CMS in this PI version? Thanks
