Deleting BP in SUS

Hello,

When I try to delete a BP in SUS using transaction BBPMAININT I get an error message

"Business Partner xxxx is not permitted for Enterprise Buyer". Then when I look them up in transaction BP the vendor still exists.

I have archived and deleted all the purchasing documents related to the BP. (PO, PO Confirmation, Delivery Notification).

You can delete the BP using transaction BUPA_DEL.

Hello,

Pls check in the Table (BBPV_SUS_UM_RSYS) if you also have the FM BBP_USER_VENDOR_DELETE in addition to BBP_USER_VENDOR_CREATE,BBP_USER_VENDOR_CHANGE.This sync of the user data is generally carried out in SUS with the EBP if you have the Bidding scenario for the SUS BP to submit Bid responses by accessing the SRM from the SUS.

In your case this could be the issue.

I need to delete the BP from the SUS client.

I am trying to use BBPMAININT to delete the BP. I used the option Business Partner > Delete.

please let me know the following things

1) in which client are you trying to delete the BP?is it the SRM client (or) SUS client?

2) how are you deleting the BP?
