XI User Does not Log On Automatically

Former Member

Hi

We have an IDoc interface program which successfully creates an IDoc. However when we execute the program a logon window appears and asks for a password for the XI User. Please can anyone tell me how to solve this issue so XI logons on in the background?

Best Regards

Brett

Hi,

1. Check the RFC Destination (which you mentioned in the IDoc Receiver Adapter) details in SAP PI.

2. Go to logon tab and uncheck current user

3. Also see the user if mentioned in logon tab is a Dialog user in ECC (this you can check by logging into the receiver ECC machine->su01->user id->logon tab

Hi,

How are you trying to send the data to XI ..

if your interface program generates an idoc which needs to PI using SM59 destination connection ,are you using this ??

do provide more details about the connection used for sending the same..

Also check in your program where you might have defined DialogMode instead of Background which also can cause this..
