Is there a way to retrieve the optimizer log if someone has delete it?

Hello,

Can you please tell me if there is a way in which we can retrieve the optimizer log if someone delete it form the data base. I can see the trace file of the execution, but the log I can't find it in any of the application logs tcodes: /sapapo/snpoplog, sgl1, /sapapo/c7...Is there a way to check who deleted it?

I already checked it and in the /sapapo/opt11 I can see the trace file, but not the optimizer log.

Is there a way to recover a log that has been deleted?
