Employee assigment

Hi

I would like to assign employees to WBS element. How can this be done ?

goto Project Builder, select your WBS element, then press Ctr + F11(Edit>WBSE>Project team for WBS), then click new assignment, here you can maintain employees for this WBSE.

Hi,

Please follow what Ahmed has mentioned in his thread. I am listing down the steps below for your convenience.

After you hit Ctrl+F11 the screen will display the WBS element for which you want to assign an employee. Select that WBS element and click on the 2nd icon (Create Assignment) from the top left. Select the realtionship i.e. from which of the 3 options you need to assign the employee and hit enter. Next enter the search term and select the employee from the list.

This completes the employee assignment.

Hi,

When go to timesheet, we still can see all WBS instead of the WBS which the employee is being assigned. Is there any way to restrict only to the WBS the employee is assigned to ?
