Duplication of values in UD catalog

Hi Gurus,

When I take a Usage Decision on Inspection log, the list of UD codes (Group and Selected sets) is duplicate 11 times with sames values.

I got:

Zxxxx (text in french, I don't understand why, should be in english)

---1 (text in english)

---2 (text in english)

---3 (text in english)

Zxxxx (text in english)

---1 (text in english)

---2 (text in english)

---3 (text in english)

...and so on.

SAP mixes FR and EN languages.

I had a look on Group and Selected sets, it seems OK.

Have you already met this issue?

Thanks a lot for you help.

Stéphane

Hi,

In SPRO Quality Management -> Quality Inspection -> Inspection Lot Creation -> Maintain Inspection Types check that you have entered the selected set under UD selected set for the inspection type you using as well as tick the box Selected Set in Same Plant.

Hi Stéphane,

Please check few things

1. Please check in the T-code QS51 ,with Catalog as 3 in this check the Selcted Set is defined for other plants also or it is defined for only one plant.

2. Tcode: QCC0->Basic Setting->Maintain setting at plant level;in that RESULT RECORDING tab;Proposal for inspection point valuation is there Selected Set maintained.

Please check is any one is existing please remove it.

Hi

Check the setting QCC0>basic settings>setting at plant level----->Have you maintained the UD selected set for each plants.

This will show repeatedly to number of times as much plant you have.

Try to maintain it only fro one plant.

Sorry for my erlier post

Here is correct solution:

QCC0>Qulaity planning>basic settings>catalog>Edit Selected Sets

Now here do not maintain the catlog 3 for all the plants you have.

Maintain it for only one plant

This will avoid mulitiple entries.

Sujit
