RWB Error - No central monitoring server in exchange profile - Alertconfig

Hi ,

I have installed PI 7.1 EHP1 and configured recently . When I tried to open Alert configuration , Alert in box , End to End configuration , I got the error message : 'No central monitoring server in exchange profile ' . All other functionalities are working fine.

I have follwing entries in my ExchangeProfile under Runtime workbench.

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport 50000 ( the prot number is correct , I checked in SWICM , htttp port)

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.name CATL57.FM.KP.NET ( fully qualified host name)

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost CATL57.FM.KP.NET

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.client 100 ( default client)

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.mshost CATL57.FM.KP.NET

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.r3name PID

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.sysnr 00

Help say " Specify the port of the ABAP server, not the Java port." for http port

So, I think the port should be 8000 and not 50000.

Thanks Ravi kanth for your helpful anwer. I just tried with 8000 instead of 50000 , but I got same problem . After changing it to 8000 , I did not restart the sever , I just reinitialized RWB. I am going through other link that you provided me .

Please let me know if you have any thoughts.

Hi Ritvik,

Refer to SAP note# Note 1131738 - RWB warning 'Central CCMS monitor not available'

also add the following and try..

com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.language EN

com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.name XIRWBUSER or PIRWBUSER

com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.pwd <your password for XIRWBUSER>
