Your message is a bit confusing.... you are sending a mail from SAP to lotus notes?

Anyhow, usually this message shows up when theres a problem with the SMTP relay agent.... check that the IP address of your SAP system is populated on the relay agent of your SMTP server

Yes. we are sending a mail from SAP to lotus notes.

Recently we have created the new Distribution list.

we have assign the certain group of people in the newly created distribution list, based on the distribution list external email(Lotus notes) is triggered from SAP.

Issue

Same user has received external mail from different distribution list, but the same user has not received mail from newly created distribution list.

You're going to have to check the distribution list.

I presume theres an invalid entry or a typo...

HI Juan Reyes

We have checked the distribution list and there is no typo or invalid entry.

we are using the same user id in other distribution list which user is able to receive external mail.

Please confirm.

1.Is these any other transaction is used to assign the external mail id (SU01) ?

2. any other link is missed out in the distribution list?

Thanks for your response
