Connecting Service.sap.com through WDA /WD for JAVA?

Hello,

I would like to call https://websmp202.sap-ag.de/~SAPIDP/002006825000000234912001E

which is our Service.sap.com portal i dont know whether it can be defined as webservice

Exact Requirement is :

In SAP Service market place we can see for each component what is the latest Support Package available ,Right?

Now my Requirement is through ( ABAP / JAVA or any other way in R/3 ) i want to login into Service market place (i have User id & password ) and will send my system component name depending on my component name i want to read the latest available Support package for that particular component from service.sap.com.

If latest support package available in Service market place doesn't exists in my Current system config than i have to give an alert message/POP up saying " New package available in Service market place for this component".

Is there any way to do through webdynpro?

Earlier i thought of having XI in between but it won't be a generic solution since every customer might not have XI in place.

Any valuable/Knowledgeable inputs will be appreciated..

Can someone help me out with this?

Adding to my query i have also gone through forum ,but i could not get the solution out of it.

Also on the http://service.sap.com/ portal i have to click on service.sap.com/support link where we can enter Login id and Password.
