Encoding for handling chinese characters

Hi Everyone,

I have a flat file to Idoc scenario.

We are receiving chinese chars in the flat file and we are required to handle their conversion.

Chinese Chars in the file: 预支现金

These Chars in Integration engine without using any encoding in the file sender channel is

营业-市场调研

Kindly request you to suggest an encoding such that the chars in the file are similar to the message in IE.

Hi Ramkiran,

If you put the Fiel adapter with these setting I guess you will see the character in MONI

File Type: Text

File Encoding: UTF-8

If this doesn't work try Chinese encodings: ISO-2022-CN and ISO-2022-CN-EXT in the sender file adapter. Also GB 2312 in the sender adapter
