Service Desk: Modify component list

Hello,

I use SolMan EHP1. I use the service desk/workcenter. I would like to implement custom component and automatic team determination based on custom components for our service desk operation. Therefore I would like to define my own components (an example for an existing component is BC-ABA-LI) to use them as a kind of category.

I already defined some rules for the determination process using PFAC and rule 13200137.

Is there a way to add components to the component list? Or to delete not used components?

Hi Michael,

SAP does not provide a standard solution to adapt the component list.

The information below might help you to find a customer specific solution.

The component list is updated through:

Job: SM:GET CSN COMPONENTS

Report: DSWP_GET_CSN_COMPONENTS

Relevant tables are:

dswp_csncomp CSN-component keys

dswpcsncomptxt CSN-component keys texts

dswpcsncompquest CSN-component specific questions
