print problem with out put type

hello all ,

we have one problem where customer is unable to give print for label after doing goods receipt for purchase order, using MIGO t code. The y have problem only with out put type ZCN6. They are able to print using other out put types .

Could you please help me how to investigate on this issue

Hi pavan

Check whether the output type has been copied from standard one properly...we hav some basic standards for copying the standard output type to customized one...chk with the functional people.....or u hav released the latest output type to QA or PRD system???????
