Multiple Partner Sloc with HU active with WM

Dear All.

We have a requirement where we want to have multiple Sloc as partner Sloc where HU is Active .The single Sloc is assigned to WM.

This requirement is from PP side.

Please reply in detail .

Hi Yogesh,

I'm sorry but for each HUM storage location, you can only maintain ONE partner storage location in customizing.

The partner storage location is used in the system for stock transfers from HU-managed storage location, or transferring stocks to it. If you want to increase or reduce the stock of a handling unit in a storage location that has handling unit requirement, this storage location is used as a partner storage location if you do not specify another storage location. It will be a mess if multiple partner storage locations assigned to a single HU-managed Storage location.

Hi,

You can activate HU for any number of storage locations in a plant by using the following functionality,

SPRO --> Logstics Genetal --> Handling Unit Management --> Basics --> Materials Management --> Inventory Management --> HU Requirement for Storage Locations and Default Values for Deliveries.
