Notification email after bidding award approval

Hi, Expert

After bidding award approval, bidder should get the email notification from SRM. How can I customize the email body text in SRM 7.0? Please advise. Thanks.

I just need to change the form: BBP_OUTPUT_COVER, do not activate any others?

If I copy the BBP_OUTPUT_COVER to Zxxx, how can I assign the Zxxx to system? Please advise. Thanks.

And what is the difference between BBP_BIDINV_BID and BBP_OUTPUT_COVER?

Hi Guoyu,

First you have to maintain some customising in SPRO:

- SAP Supplier Relationship Management

- SRM Server

- Cross-Application Basic Settings

- Event and Event Schema for Alert Management

- Define Event Schema and Define Recipient of Notifications

If you read through the 'IMG activity documentation' it provides more information on this.

If you have already maintained this customising, then please check if you are getting the notfication into the SRM GUI inbox, transaction SBWP. If you are customising to send a notification (message), then you should see this in the Documents tab of the SRM GUI inbox.
