Travel management - Personal settings

We have a user that verifies trip transactions and it is taking too long to update a simple transaction. There are a number of transactions relating to fuel and fleet cards.

I have looked at the personal settings and and belive we could make some good adjustments with what they are set at.

I wondered if anyone could give me some advise please as to what are the best settings if there are performance issues?

At the monment the personal settings are set at :

Personal Settings:

Which Trips are to be displayed in the list of all trips

· All trips of the current year

What should the initial screen look like

· Display all screens

How many entries are to be stores in the personal input help

· User only has a value of 10 in the first field

Have you tried using other reports to verify trips? There are many reports under 'Travel Management->Travel Expenses->Information systems'.

We are going to investigate authorisations as they could be having an impact on performance. Use of structural authorisations with the 'context sensitive' solution. It may be worth looking at the following for table T77UU - Save User Data in SAP Memory:
