Bonjour,
i receve an error message "timeout during allocate / CPI-C error CM_RESOURCE_FAILURE_RETRY"
when testing an REC destination (SM59), when i see on SM21 i find :
R49 Communication error, CPIC return code 027, SAP return code 456
R64 > CPI-C function: CMINIT(SAP)
can you help me ?

GwMonDispConnTbl failed
on Internet i didn't find explication,

In SM21 you try to find out the corresponding Work processor(WP) No. , as per your bellow error,
"R49 Communication error, CPIC return code 027, SAP return code 456
R64 > CPI-C function: CMINIT(SAP) "
Now you go to that corresponding WP trace like dev_w(xx) in usr/sap/SID/DV.../work directory. Check what exactly happend during that error, try to find some Notes based on that.

I hope you have already found out for which RFC its failing. If not, you can check wp trace file and check RFC name.
Probably it will be one of tcp protocol.. and on its configuration check what id time out set. If it communicationg to some external application, verify that application is up and running as well. If that application is running, you can try increasing the time out value in RFC configuration and tets it again ..
