Error as Order cannot be delivered in VL01N transaction

Hi Experts,

When I try to create an outbound delivery (VL01N) with sale order reference I got below mentioned error as,

Only 0, 00 PC of material PILFG5001 available

An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted

Where I have seen in MD04 and MMBE with respect to my Sale Order I have sufficient quantity, but this looks very strange while processing in VL01N transaction I got the above mentioned error.

Can anyone please guide me how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Could you pls check the order quantity in the sales order.

It is better to make this field in "incompletion procedure".

I think the quantity is "0".

So while creating the delivery with reference to the above order,this error message is coming.

If you don't want this error message,then goto "0VLP(Zero VLP)" T.Code.

Goto Quantity tab:

Check quantity 0 should be "blank".

If you maintain these settings,then while creating the delivery no message will appear.

Hello,

Look for the error you are getting, i would suggest to check the following area for final resolution:

1. Check if the material is maintained in safety stock level MMBE. If so then try to add material in MB1C and use the movement type 561 to move the material in unrest use.

2. Check the storage location in the delivery document for which you are creating a Out bound delivery.
