Hi All,

Is there any report to keep track of all the contracts which has valid to date in any particular month and renew it accordingly..?

Is there any way system can prompt ..?

Or is there any report which can be run periodically to keep track of the contracts which is pending expiry.

Also is there any report to keep track of the billing document generated and pending to be created..?

Eg : One contract has to be billed in 4 quearters, but it is done only 2 quarters and the next 2 missed out by user.

Is there any program which can be scheduled to create billing..?

Hi,

There are many reports existing to check the valid to date of a contract.

Some of the T.Codes of these are:

VA45-List of Contracts.

VA45N-List of Contracts.

SDV1-Expiring Contracts.

SDV2-Expired Contracts.

SDV3-Completed Contracts.

Goto SAP1 T.Code in SAP Easy access screen to see all the existing reports in standard.

But to change the date of a contract,we have two methods.

1.Goto VA42 T.Code.

Enter the contract number and then change the validity date.

2.Goto T.Code "MASS".

Enter the Object type as "BUS2034".

Click on Fields.

Search for the field "MASSCONTHEAD_S-BNDDT" and "MASSCONTHEAD_S-GUEEN".

Select these two lines and change the date.

but we are looking for a report which shows all contracts created between a specific period..

Also how about customer master listing report..?

For customer master lists

Goto SE16-Put table KNA1-Execute

OR Simply go to tcode-vcust & execute

You will get the list

Hi,

For customer master list u can use T.code --> VCUST

For contract list you'll get data on VA45N
