Download Notes from /SAPAPO/SDP94

Hello Experts,

I am very new to SCM-APO, I want to download notes on Transaction /n/SAPAPO/SDP94 to a File.

Any help guidance is appreciated.

/SAPAPO/MSDP_NOTE_OVERVIEW

/SAPAPO/MSDP_NOTE_READ

I haven't worked on them but you can take a look and see if it helps.

Thanks for the Response, I checked both the FM

/SAPAPO/MSDP_NOTE_OVERVIEW was not much helpful.

I tried using /SAPAPO/MSDP_NOTE_READ passing DOCID but it returned nothing.

I debugged and found that it goes to READ_TEXT for getting the Standard Text.

So, I went to SO10 and somehow found that APODSPIGQYMUx104ZX08022l0EiW is the Object name which has the note I want to download.

But when I pass the same to Read_Text it returns nothing, Although, I can't see them in SO10 as well.

But, If I do APODSPIGQYMU* it gives me the whole object name and then when I do Display it shows me the correct note.

But if i give the complete Object name on SO10 front screen it says object name not found.

Again i checked STXH table and found same thing there. I cannot find a record if I give the complete text but if i give

APODSPIGQYMU* it returns the desired record. That makes me think if there is problem with Upper/lower case, if so how can I avoid it!!!

Hi DNP,

You can use transaction /SAPAPO/SDP_NOTES or program /SAPAPO/RMDP_NOTES_SE16,

There is button "Excel Download with text".
