CATS activity element

Hi guys,

It is possible to have CATS for Activity elements. I havent tried it before, but i think it should be possible, any information or suggestions on this?

Yes it is possible to have activity elements in CATS.

They are considered as activities.

Technically

In CATS customizing you have to ensure that they will be visible to users in order to pick them and record the time worked. (check that the field is visible)

Approval and Transfer to target components are not affected...

Hi,

It is possible to have activity elements in CATS confirmation.

You need to use the fields Network, Operation/Activity for Activity number and Suboperation field for Activity Element in DATA ENTRY SECTION of CAT2 screen. Make the suboperation field as INPUT in CAC2.

You can transfer the data using CAT5 after confirmation.
