Cache archivelink documents

Hello all.

We have problem with SAP Cache Server.

When we view documents attached to DMS-documents - cache server works

correct. When we view documents attached to business objects via GOS as

office documents from frontend - cache server works correct.

But when we try to view documents attached to business objects

via GOS by ArchiveLink by late connection via barcode (or another way) - the cache server

doesn't work, the documents go from SAP content server simpliciter.

Where is error and how we can correct it? Can documents attached by

ArchiveLink cache in SAP Cache server or not (only documents attached

by KPro can cache)?

Hello Elena,

Compare the configuration on both content repository and check if any difference for cache server parameter.
