Hello!
I want to restrict action for button wih dropdown list "Create Foll.-up Trans" (Goto CRMD_ORDER ->select Service -> double click on message ). I've tried to restrict it via authorizations, but unsuccessful.
Did any body restrict actions for message before or know how it made?
