Service Desk status profile/ Authorization control

Hi All,

Will that be possible to create developer-role who will authorization to use only few status?

For Example Developer role users should be able to change/set ONLY few status like NEW/ IN PROGRESS/ FIXED/

CUSTOMER ACTION etc.

Other users should have access to set status like NEW/ IN PROGRESS/ FIXED/ CUSTOMER ACTION and SENT TO

SAP/POSTPONED / REJECTED/ CLOSED.

This problem related to service desk issue status related. Status profile SLFN0001.

Hi,

It is possible.

You can restrict the Status using B_USERSTAT Auth Obj. in the role.

Provide the Authorization key of those status which you would like to have them in visibility & Status Profile, Activity & Obj Catgry..
