SFP and adobe life cycle desinger

Hi experts ,

could any one please guide me which way is the best to create ADOBE forms . as i know that ,we can create ADOBE forms by transcation code (SFP) , however , we can also create forms using adobe like cycyle desinger and after that , connect to SAP R/3 through RFC instead of creating forms in SFP . which is the best way and also advise me what is the defference between both ways .

when u access through SFP, the layout designer that opens is the interface of lifecycle designer itself, so instead of creating the layout outside and importing it in sap, its better o access through SFP itself.
