Summation of Planning book Periods columns

Hi Experts,

Can anyone suggest me a solution for following scenario?

We have one planning book, In that there are monthly bucket for year & we require to see sum of key figures on quarter basis.

See following example.

Key fig Product P01.09 P02.09 P03.09 SUMQ1 P04.09 P05.09 P06.09 SUMQ2 P07.09 P08.09 P09.09 SUMQ3.. So on

Forecast P1 5 10 15 30 25 20 25 70 30 35 10 75

Demand Plan P1 7 12 18 37 28 25 30 83 35 40 15 90

Here you can see SUMQ1, SUMQ2 & SUMQ3 are the summation of 3 months respectively. Is it possible to view SUMQ1, SUMQ2 & SUMQ3 in the planning book?

Is there any User exit or BADI or program available to fulfil above requirement?

Hi Sujay,

You can create a custom macro and enable the calculations

as per your requirement and execute it in the planning book.

This will update the totals in the columns as per your

requirement
