How to do SAP data archiving in SRM

We get the requirement to archive/delete data from SRM.

Hello Jennifer

SAP Supplier Relationship Management ,the archiving application contains enhanced functions.

There is now also a display function that enables you to read the data of archived documents. This function is

integrated in the interface of the search function for the respective document types.

The functional basis of the SRM archiving function remains the standard SAP Archive Development Kit (ADK).

The Archive Information System (AS) is used to read the documents.

As of SRM 4.0, the following additional documents can be archived:

u2022 Bid invitation

u2022 Auction

u2022 Bid

u2022 Contract (CTR) and global outline agreement

(change versions cannot be archived)

u2022 Purchase order response

BAdI BBP_ARCHIVING_BADI (Archive SRM Documents) can be used for Archining SRM Documenets
