SAP Best Practice Real Estate Documents are available in the help.sap building block library. Link Enclosed below

in this link select Country as Germany & the Solution as "Professional Services" . Best Practice Real Estate Solution is provided by SAP through their Professional Services Solution for Germany ( DVD is no longer availlable)

From the list choose building bolck numbers D90 to D99. These are are the configuration guides & scenarios of the Real Estate.
