Business Content (SRM) and Detailed Navigation

I have the Business Content Package for SRM.

Instead of having Top Level navigation and Detailed Navigation in the main portal page, I need the following:

If the user chooses "SRM Purchasing" in the Top Level Navigation, a separate windows pop up.

In the popped-up window, there needs to be the detailed navigation on he leftside panel with all the different single srm iviews.

In the default panel, the selected iview runs.

Its like a (duplicate) pop up of a portal page.

If you choose "Personalization", it acts exactly the way I need it.

I asked this already and had no response. Is this not possible?

Can't you have the iView open up another browser, and within the new page/on lauched brower have the SRM iviews based on user role?

Yes, but how can I achieve this? How do I get the detailed navigation into the new launched browser page?

What type of iview would do this?

Maybe I just have a basic misunderstanding here,
