How to send the mail to external address from the sap system.

in the sap menu　u21D2 office　u21D2 sbwp- work center, I want to send the mail to my external address(eg: hotmail).

but i dont know that how to set it .

who can I give me some advice, thanks in advanced.

First of all would like to know, did you configured smtp for sending mail to external world from sap.

Hi,

Make Sure u configure the SMTP in sap based on the sap note: 455140

Hi,

please enter the tcode SBWP click on new message then enter the subject and description.

enter email id and select type as internet address or external address then click on send button.
