Replicate Transport Zone from ECC

Does anyone know how to replicate the transportation zones from a backend ECC system? We are on SRM 5.5 with ECC 6.0 backend in classic scenario.

Transport Zones are the used to identify a regions a vendor is located in.
The menu path in SRM is SPRO> Application Server> Basis Services> Address Management> Maintain Transport Zones.
In ECC the menu path is SPRO> SAP NetWeaver> Application Server> Basis Services> Address Management> Maintain Transport Zones.
I am running into an issue with vendor replication. The transport zone is maintained on the address tab of the vendor master in ECC for certain vendors, when this transport zone does not exist in the SRM system the vendor replication fails. I am assuming there is a way to replicate from ECC to SRM so both systems are in synch when a new transport zone is created in ECC>

sorry. what is transporation zone. can you expalin so i can search for you equivalent to ECC in SRM
